Thorsten Krauss previously served as CIO and Member of the Management Board at Vontobel Swiss Wealth Advisors AG, the US-unit of Bank Vontobel, and as CIO of Alpen Partners AG thereafter. Prior to that he worked as Head of Portfolio Management at Notenstein Private Bank. He started his career as a Portfolio Manager in institutional asset management at Union Investment AG, Frankfurt.

Thorsten Krauss holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from University of Stuttgart and a PhD in Engineering from University of Karlsruhe. He is also a Certified Financial Analyst (CEFA).

Thorsten Krauss has been Chief Investment Officer of Triaxis AG since 2024.
