The AMC offers the opportunity to invest in an actively managed portfolio of highly attractive US equities in a risk-controlled manner. Equity selection and risk management are based on a systematic – predominantly quantitative – and proven process to achieve repeatable results.

Focus is exclusively on highly liquid quality growth stocks which offer immediate upside potential resulting from a strong and improving underlying business. The portfolio consists of 20 equally weighted stocks selected based on objective criteria according to our proprietary quantitative model. To control the portfolio’s downside risk in case of market corrections, a derivate overlay may be used opportunistically to provide asymmetric hedging.

Our Triaxis US Equity Dynamic AMC is domiciled in Ireland. Due to the double taxation agreement between Ireland and the USA, only 15% withholding tax is withheld on dividend payments within the AMC. In addition, investments in the AMC are not subject to US inheritance tax.
